AI automation

Seven kinds of work we take off your team.

Everything below runs against systems you already own. We do not sell a platform, and we do not ask you to move your data somewhere new to get started.

Back-office and document workflows

Invoices, purchase orders, claims, contracts and delivery notes arrive in ten formats and get retyped by a person. We read them, classify them, pull the fields that matter and write them into the system of record, with a review queue for anything the model is not confident about.

Typical scope
Document intake and classification
Field extraction with confidence thresholds
Exception queue for human review
Write-back to ERP or DMS

Customer support agents and chat

An assistant grounded in your documentation, past tickets and product data, rather than in whatever the model happens to remember. Escalation rules are explicit, answers cite their source, and the whole thing gets evaluated against real historical tickets before it goes near a customer.

Typical scope
Retrieval over your own content
Helpdesk integration and ticket drafting
Escalation and handover rules
Evaluation against historical tickets

Sales and CRM operations

The administrative half of selling: enriching inbound leads, killing duplicates, drafting quotes from a price book, summarising calls into the CRM and keeping the pipeline honest. Reps get records that are already clean instead of a list of chores.

Typical scope
Lead enrichment and routing
Deduplication and data hygiene
Quote and proposal drafting
Call summaries written back to CRM

Data pipelines and reporting

Someone on your team rebuilds the same spreadsheet every Monday. We replace that with pipelines that pull from source systems on a schedule, check themselves for breakage, and produce the report with a written note on what moved and why.

Typical scope
Scheduled extraction from source systems
Warehouse modelling and validation
Anomaly detection and alerting
Narrative summaries of what changed

Custom agents on your systems

When a process needs judgement across several tools, an agent with scoped permissions can carry it. Every action is logged, every action is reversible, and the agent operates through the same access controls a person would. Approval gates sit wherever the risk sits.

Typical scope
Tool access with scoped permissions
Approval gates on sensitive actions
Full audit log of every step
Rollback paths for anything written

Systems integration

Most automation projects stall on plumbing. ERP, CRM, warehouse management and point-of-sale rarely expose what you need, and a decade of custom fields sits between you and a clean interface. This is ordinary engineering work, and it is the half most AI vendors will not do.

Typical scope
API and connector development
Legacy system modernisation
Event pipelines between systems
Data model cleanup

AI readiness audit and roadmap

Where to start, what to leave alone, and what each step is worth against what it costs. A 30-minute call, then a written document within the week. It is free, and it is yours to take to any vendor you like.

How we build

One process at a time, in production, measured.

Nothing goes live without a baseline to compare it against. If the first automation does not clear its number, we say so rather than sell you the second one.

Baseline

How long the process takes today, how often it goes wrong, what that costs.

Narrow pilot

One workflow, one team, real data, running alongside the manual process.

Production

Monitoring, exception handling, and the people who own it trained on it.

Handover or run

Your team takes it, or we keep it running under a support agreement.

Security and data

Answers your security review will ask for.

Deployment

Inside your cloud account and your network boundary when that is the requirement.

Data handling

GDPR-grade practices by default, with retention and residency set to your policy.

Model choice

Commercial or open-weight, hosted where you allow it. No vendor lock written into the design.

Ownership

Code, prompts and documentation are delivered to you, and joint ownership can be arranged where your requirements and budget call for it. No platform fee either way.

Auditability

Every automated action logged with its inputs, so a person can reconstruct any decision.

Quality process

Quality management run at the level ISO 9001 requires, with QA engineers on staff.

Workshop with a client team — whiteboard or screen, people 25–40, wide landscape crop.

Start with the audit. It costs you half an hour.

You will get a written view of what is worth automating in your operation, whether or not you build it with us.
