Careers

Small team, real ownership of the work.

Twenty-five people across Bratislava, Poprad and Brno. There is no bench and no layer of account managers, which means the person who scopes a project is usually the person who builds it.

We work on automation and integration inside systems that matter to our clients’ operations. The problems are concrete, the feedback loop is short, and nobody here spends a quarter on a slide deck.

The team in the office — candid, working, 25–40. Wide landscape crop.

Open positions

Four roles we are hiring for.

Nothing that fits? Apply anyway and say what you would want to work on. We read every one.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Building and modernising client applications end to end, from the data model to the interface people actually use.

Poprad / fully remote from €4,500 Contract Apply — Senior Full-Stack Engineer
What you would do
Own features end to end, from schema to UI
Modernise legacy client systems without breaking what runs on them
Build the internal tools and review screens automation needs around it
Review other engineers’ work and keep the codebase habitable
Talk to the client directly when a requirement is unclear
Requirements
5+ years building production web applications
Strong TypeScript, plus React on the front and Node on the back
Comfortable with relational databases and SQL you wrote yourself
Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines
English good enough for a client call, not only for documentation
Nice to have
Experience integrating ERP, CRM or e-commerce platforms
Worked in a consultancy or agency setting before
Exposure to LLM APIs in a production system
Slovak or Czech for the internal team

AI Automation Engineer

Working directly with models: choosing them, fine-tuning and evaluating them, then integrating the result into a customer’s systems.

Poprad / fully remote from €6,000 Contract Apply — AI Automation Engineer
What you would do
Select and evaluate models against a real task, not a benchmark
Prepare training and evaluation data, and judge how much is enough
Fine-tune or adapt models where prompting is not sufficient
Build retrieval, tool use and agent workflows that hold up in production
Integrate the result with client systems and monitor it once it is live
Tell a client when AI is the wrong tool for their process
Requirements
3+ years in machine learning, applied AI or a closely related field
Strong Python, and fluency with the current LLM tooling ecosystem
Hands-on experience fine-tuning or adapting models, not only calling APIs
Understand evaluation: how to measure quality and detect regression
Able to work against real APIs and messy customer data
English good enough to run a technical conversation with a client
Nice to have
Retrieval-augmented generation in production
Document extraction, OCR or classification pipelines
Experience with self-hosted or open-weight models
MLOps: monitoring, versioning, deployment of model services

Senior Business Analyst

Between the customer and the engineers: turning what a client needs into something a developer can build, and staying with it through delivery.

Bratislava / Prague / remote from €4,000 Contract Apply — Senior Business Analyst
What you would do
Map customer processes and requirements into a specification
Translate in both directions between client stakeholders and developers
Run workshops and audit sessions on the client side
Keep scope honest and flag change before it becomes a surprise
Build and hold the client relationship over the life of the account
Travel to client sites in Europe and occasionally the US
Requirements
5+ years as a business analyst on software delivery projects
Able to write a specification a developer does not have to interpret
Comfortable leading a meeting with senior client stakeholders
Understanding of ERP, CRM or process automation projects
Fluent English; Slovak or Czech for the internal team
Willing to travel regularly
Nice to have
Experience on automation or digitalisation programmes
Worked with US clients or across time zones
Background in a technical role before analysis
Familiarity with BPMN or similar process notation

Proven experience with worldwide outreach, not only the local market
Able to build a market strategy, not only work a given list
Fluent English; comfortable on a first call with a US buyer
