izardis is an engineering firm founded in Slovakia, with offices in Bratislava, Poprad and Brno, and a US entity for American clients. We started in software delivery and moved into automation because that is where our customers’ problems moved.
We have deliberately stayed small. There is no account layer between you and the engineers, no bench of juniors billed at senior rates, and no handover from the people who sold the work to the people who do it.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
If a process should not be automated, the audit says so. We would rather lose the project than deliver something that quietly costs more than it saves.
Nothing goes live without a baseline. If the first automation does not clear its number, we say so rather than sell the second one.
Code, prompts, pipelines and documentation go into your repositories. Nothing is held back to make leaving us harder.
Teams on US accounts keep an afternoon overlap with Eastern time, so a question does not cost you a day.
