Seed to Series B US hours Start in two weeks

Your roadmap is longer than your team.

We drop senior engineers into your product for a quarter or three, so you can ship what you promised the board without spending nine months hiring for it. No agency layer, no discovery theatre.

Small product team mid-work — laptops, whiteboard, 25–40, bright and informal. Wide crop.

Four moments founders call us in.

If one of these is this quarter’s problem, the call is worth half an hour.

Capacity

The founding engineers are underwater

Everything ships eventually, nothing ships on the date you told your investors. We take a slice of the roadmap off the critical path so your own people can stay on the part only they can build.

Scale

The infra is fine until it suddenly isn’t

Usage jumped and now the queue backs up, the migration is scary and the cloud bill has its own growth curve. This is ordinary work for us and it is rarely as bad as it looks at 2am.

Focus

You need one thing built, properly

An integration, a billing rewrite, a customer-facing portal, the AI feature the deck already promises. Scoped, priced and delivered without becoming a permanent line item.

Raise

Diligence is in six weeks

Someone technical is about to read your repo. We get documentation, test coverage and security posture into the state they expect, and tell you plainly what cannot be fixed in six weeks.

Three ways in

Pick the smallest one that solves it.

Sprint

One thing, built

A defined feature or fix, fixed price, four to eight weeks.

Scope and price agreed before we start
Two to three engineers, one of them senior
Merged into your repo, not delivered as a zip
Ends when it ships. No renewal conversation.
Fractional CTO

Someone to think with

Architecture, build-versus-buy and hiring calls. Days, not retainers.

Architecture and stack review in writing
Hiring plan and interview support
Diligence prep before your raise
Bought by the day, used when needed

Two weeks from first call to first pull request.

No procurement cycle, no statement of work that takes a month to sign.

DAY 0
Half-hour call

You describe the problem. An engineer is on the call, not just a salesperson.

DAY 3
Shape and price

One page: what we would do, who would do it, what it costs.

DAY 7
Meet the people

You talk to the actual engineers before anything is signed.

DAY 14
First PR

Something small and real, in your repo, reviewed by your team.

The boring guarantees

Four things that are true whichever way you start.

None of these are negotiable on our side, which is the point of writing them down.

You own everything

Code, infra config, prompts and docs live in your accounts and your repos from the first commit.

No lock-in engineering

We build so your next hire can take it over. If a decision makes leaving us harder, we do not make it.

Senior people, actually

You meet the engineers before you commit, and the ones you met are the ones who show up.

Short leash

Monthly terms, thirty days’ notice. Staying is a choice you make each month, not one you signed away.

Straight answers

Are you cheaper than hiring in the US?

Meaningfully, yes, and you skip the recruiting cycle. We are not the cheapest option on the internet and we do not try to be.

What if we hire our own team later?

Good, that is usually the plan. We hand over, document, and help you interview. Several clients have hired their first staff engineer off our recommendation.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. Partly cash and partly equity we will discuss on a case-by-case basis, but we would rather earn the work than sit on your cap table.

How small is too small?

Two founders and a prototype is fine if you know what you need built. Pre-idea, we are the wrong call and will say so on the first one.

Tell us what the next quarter has to ship.

Half an hour, an engineer on the call, and a one-page shape and price within three days. Nothing to sign to find out.
